Refund Policy

At ShuddhiAyurveda.in, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Unused: It must be unworn or unused.
- Tags: The item should have all tags attached.
- Packaging: It must be in its original packaging.
- Receipt: You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom Products: Such as special orders or personalized items.
- Personal Care Goods: Such as beauty products.
- Hazardous Materials: Including flammable liquids or gases.

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you want.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
